Recreation Outreach Center (ROC)
The Recreation Ministry of Parkside exists to provide opportunities for healthy competition, fitness, and fellowship for all ages that centers on your spiritual health and walk with the Lord. Our goal is to reach the community with the Gospel, strengthen relationships among each other and with Christ while encouraging health and wellness in our bodies.
The Recreation Center offers a multitude of activities for kids and families of all ages, including: a full-court high school regulation basketball court, an arts and crafts area, cardio room, weight room, walking track, shower facilities, and a full kitchen and cafe area.
Memberships are available and walk-ins are welcome for a $1 access fee.

Monday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
*Please note that the ROC is closed on most major holidays.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong and is also fun, social, and friendly/ The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. We host a good number of pickleball players every weekday in our ROC gym. For non-members there is a $1 walk-in fee.
