About Us
Our hope is to build relationships so that we might have the privilege of being part of each child's spiritual journey, as they become a devoted follower of Christ. We believe a child’s spiritual growth begins at birth so that as your child grows, his knowledge of biblical truths deepens.
Your child’s faith experience begins the minute they enter Parkside. It’s exciting and fun. The children’s ministry will team up with you in reaching, teaching, and building children of real faith and character that lasts. We also offer tools to equip you as the primary spiritual leader in the home. As a parent/guardian, you will have the opportunity to participate in Sunday School and worship knowing that your child is being taught the Bible and is well cared for.
Sunday Mornings
Sunday provides one of the best times for children to learn and interact with other children their same age while learning about the love of God. Visit our offices during the week or the Kids Welcome Desk on Sundays for class times and locations.

Volunteer
As we try to introduce the next generation to Jesus, WE NEED YOUR HELP! We require all volunteers to submit to a background check and to complete a ministry safe training. Just contact Kathy in the church office and we will set up a time to visit about how you can impact the next generation for Jesus!
AWANA
Each Wednesday night, from 6:30 - 7:45 PM, our AWANA team helps kids (K-6th grade) learn about Jesus and memorize scripture. We alway can use volunteers to listen to kids recite memory verses, assist in recreation, and help kids get to place to place.
Sunday Morning
On Sunday Mornings we offer K4 Worship in one hour and Bible Study in the other hour. We begin at 9am for Babies through 4th Grade. In the classroom, teachers will follow a given curriculum provided by Lifeway to teach Bible lessons to the kids. During the worship hour our adults help with games, worship, and assisting the teachers.
KidZone Worship
KidZone Worship Arts is for kids in grades 1-6, and KidZone, Jr, is for kids 3 years-Kindergarten. Each Sunday night, from 4:30 0 6:00 PM, kids will learn how to glorify God through songs, choreography, and drama. We will also have childcare for kids 2 years and under.
