Sunday School
Our Sunday school ministry is an important part of our strategy to help students grow in their faith. We are commited to using small groups to promote unity, disussion, learning, and relationships. When you come to our Sunday School, you will find that all youth meet together for an opening time where students take time to mingle, eat goodies, hear announcements, and recieve an introduction into the day's lesson. We then divide into individual classes based on grade and gender. We have an awesome group of caring adults who teach and build relationships with students every week. Sunday School is an important part of what we do at Parkside.

Throwdown
Throwdown is our Wednesday night Bible study for grades 7-12. With an awsome student praise band, biblical teaching, an energetic atmosphere, videos, and games, this combination makes a great worship experience for students who desire to grow in their faith. Throwdown comes from Hebrews 12:1-2, where we are encouraged to "throw down every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us, and run with endurance the race that lies before us, keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfector of our faith."

Discipleship Classes
In the Fall and Spring we offer a Discipleship Class for students and/or parents. These classes meet on Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. in the Church Annex. These classes are designed to go deeper into the Scriptures and will stretch students and parents in their faith. Check the schedule to see when these classes begin.

iWitness Praise Team Practice
Our iWitness Praise Team is a leadership position and therefore is only for a select few. However, we encourage those who want to participate in this ministry to let Jason know. This requires a meeting with Jason where he goes over the expectations, which include an extra time commitment, a solid walk with Christ, and the ability to sing, play, or work sound.
