How to Know God

We believe that God has a plan for every single person.  God has revealed His plan to us in the Scripture.  Click here to know more about how you can know God personally.

Where do I Go When I Arrive?

When you arrive at our church a greeter will welcome you and can direct your to one of our welcome centers.  At the welcome center you can find most all questions you may have about your first visit.  They can assist you in getting to the worship center or to a particular Sunday School Class.

Where do My Kids Go?

Preschool & Children:

The Preschool and Children's ministry is located on the south side of the building across the hall from the youth room.  You will find a security kiosk stationed with friendly workers ready to give you information about the different classes we have to offer.  To protect your child, all preschoolers and children and their parent/guardian receives a Security ID bracelet for church activities.

Students:

The student ministry meets on the ground floor of the Recreation Outreach Center.  We encourage all visitors to come to the Youth Room on the south part of the Recreation Outreach Center.  There you will find some great youth workers to help get your student to the department and class they would belong

How Should I Dress?

No matter what your personal dress style, you will be comfortable at Parkside. You will find members in both dressy and casual attire. Most people prefer to dress up a little more on Sunday mornings, but even if you prefer jeans you’ll be right at home with us!

How Can I Become A Member?

You can become a member of Parkside in one of three ways:

By Baptism—Giving testimony that you have received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and being baptized as a result of that decision.

By Transfer of Church Membership—Moving your letter to Parkside from another Southern Baptist Church. By

Statement of Faith—Testifying that you have a personal relationship with Christ and have been baptized by a church with similar theological beliefs as ours.
