Many Christians choose not to observe Halloween. But that decision can present a challenge for Christian families, especially when children are involved. Parkside offers a fun and practical alternative. Instead of focusing on the negative aspects of Halloween, you can turn that event into a positive, relationship-building tradition for your family. We will bring back the traditions of a fall festival right at our own park. We will have several activities available for the entire family to enjoy including face painting, a costume contest, hayrides, and much more. Our concession stand will be serving hot dogs, chili, and Frito pie for a small donation. Please join us for a safe alternative that allows us to share the good news of Jesus Christ with you and your entire family. We welcome costumes (but no scary ones, please).
